HiTechnic IRLink Support

Again it’s my turn to offer some classes for sensor compatibility. It’s the HiTechnic IRLink sensor this time. It adds support for the RCX and the PF Combo Direct commands. It’s a port from the LeJOS code.
Here is the new class and here is an example.

For the example:
It’s a “remote” profile to control the motors at PF channel 1 with the arrow keys of the EV3.

ToDo (I don’t know if I will continue this):
-Support for the “old” RC Trains
-Other PF Modes
