Hi there,
I’m trying to install the monobrick firmware on my EV3 but now I’m stuck.
When trying to send the program to the EV3, I’m always getting the “Failed to open connection” error in cmd. I’m using Virtual Studio, and just downloaded the test project. I opened the test project, changed the Target Framework to 4.7.2 (I cannot install any other Framework) and pressed F5. I didn’t change the code or anything else at all.
I already tried to use the LEGO .dll in the Test Project folder but it didn’t help.
I’m on Win10 and connected the EV3 via usb. Drivers for the EV3 are installed and the EV3 is recognized from the Lego Software. I can ping the EV3 without any problems.
Visual Studio output is the following (I don’t get any errors from Visual Studio):
“TestApplication.exe” (CLR v4.0.30319: DefaultDomain):
“MonoBrick.ConnectionException” in TestApplication.exe
In cmd it shows me errors in lines 183 and 84 in the usb.cs, but I don’t know what to change.
Would be great if anyone has a hint for me. Thank you!
