Connection between C#, EV3, Lego Mindstorms Edu..

I’ve builded a C# login script which is connected with a mysql database and i made a program in Lego Mindstorm Edu for the EV3 to close and open the door.
Well, my question is: How can i connect the login script with de EV3 program??
I already made a bluetooth connection and that works great.
The goal is to open a door by logging in.
Or is it that i should convert the program from Lego Mindstorm Edu to a C# script?
Please help me out.
This is a project for school.

I think that you can write a message to the EV3’s bluetooth message box by using http://www.monobrick.dk/MonoBrickDocumentation/class_mono_brick_1_1_e_v3_1_1_mailbox.html.
